    Yes you can, but we will not be able to generate revenues for your villa and provide you any income.

  • Who will manage & maintain my residence?
    Mermaid Eco Tourism Limited will manage & maintain your residence.
  • What is the ROI I can expect from the investment?
    1. You will earn continuous revenue from your room due to the high occupancy & ADRs (Average Daily Rates) our brand commands 2. Secondly, your asset is yours. There will be appreciation of your asset over time.     Freehold. Your residence is yours to enjoy, forever.

    Yes, you will have to pay for the fees. However we will organise and streamline the process of transferring ownership to your name.
